This program includes a weekend get-away to a beautiful remote setting, several hours of fitness classes, nutritional counseling, cooking classes, and relaxation.

Retreat workouts are designed to take advantage of the beauty of the surroundings. Local hiking trail, short trips to area of natural beauty, will give you a unique experience.
