Balance ball dumbbell shoulder press
This is an advanced exercise. First master standing on an exercise ball before you attempt this exercise. Make sure you have plenty of space and soft surfaces to land on if you fall. Start light, and try to perform 6-15 repititions. When your shoulders start to fatigue, be careful not to arch your lower back. Arching your back will throw off your balance point.
Balance ball dumbbell row
This is an advanced exercise that requires strong shoulders. Make sure your workout area is clear of dangerous obstructions. Start out using light weight (5-15 pounds). Once you have mastered the technique, go up from there. Try and perform 6-15 repetitions on each side.
